Housing Rights

We work with legal services attorneys to stop landlords who try to illegally evict child care providers, end illegal regulation by local governments, and relieve problems with HOAs and neighbors.

It is illegal to refuse to rent to or evict someone who operates or plans to operate a family child care in their home. Learn more about these rights stated in The Keeping Kids Close to Home Act:
