Housing Rights for Child Care Providers

We work with legal services attorneys, state and local agencies, and community organizations to stop the illegal regulation of child care providers who run their businesses from their residential homes.

Child care providers have the right to provide child care in any residential property of their choosing, whether they rent or own those homes.  Learn more about these rights stated in The Keeping Kids Close to Home Act:
